“Un po' deluso dal trattamento molto distaccato e non orientato a tenere al centro dell'attenzione l'ospite... nessun upgrade proposto a differenza del cliente che ha fatto il check in a fianco a me, nessuna possibilità di accedere alla lounge per vedere gli aerei decollare e atterrare, nessun drink di benvenuto, inoltre la camera aveva un problema con lo scarico della doccia da cui risaliva rumore continuamente”

“I went there for 4 days during my honeymoon. The staff was great and helped us a lot. Around the hotel there's a lot of restaurants, but you can also have dinner at theirs, it's really good. It's nice they have also a self laundry, very important for us who were travelling for a lot of days. Everything is really clean and the structure is recently built, everything is in great conditions. The rooms are bigger than expected and very comfortable. “We booked the two bedroom Chalet. The view was amazing. Rooms were good size. Beds were comfortable. The chalets do need to be renovated however. It does look a bit run down. The TV is also on a high angle making it uncomfortable to watch anything. Other than that it was a good weekend away.”
